During my internship with Noodles & Co. I was the lead designer for their anniversary rewards project under the direction of the Art Director and Head Designer. When approaching this project I was trying to embrace what I had heard echoed throughout my time at Noodles, “own the noodle.” I wanted to make a series that was not only fun and reflected the Noddles & Co. brand, but also one that would be desirable for anyone to collect in their time at Noodles. This set of pins will be collected by employees in both the home office and in restaurant, each year of their employment. Keep an eye out for these pins on the hats of employees next time you eat at a Noodles & Co, they are still given to team members to this day!
